Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Office Support Professional to support numerous office functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, receptionist, faxing, filing, photocopying, and creating letters, memos, and proposals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Administrative experience
- Experience answering phones and transferring calls
- Experience with data entry, proofreading, and editing documents
- Basic language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English
