Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Manager – Level 2 to create a high-performing operational environment and achieve team objectives. The role involves managing plant operations, ensuring on-time delivery, upholding safety standards, and collaborating with various departments. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum two years supervisory/management experience
- Two years industry experience preferred
- Minimum one year as a Cintas Production Manager required
- Attendance is an essential function of the job
- Minimum processed volume requirement of $18M or 2+ branches
