Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Senior Counsel I - Corporate to provide in-house legal services with emphasis on contract review and negotiation. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial transactions, negotiating contracts, and overseeing litigation. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Admitted to a state bar
- 3+ years' full-time relevant legal experience
- Have an active driver's license
- Must be willing to travel extensively and on very short notice.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet
