Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to manage our customer facing Service team, including hiring, performance management, and resolving customer issues. Responsibilities include managing a team, achieving sales and profit goals, and providing leadership and training to direct reports.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Management experience
- Experience in industrial sales or customer service
