Information System Security Officer, (ISSO) - Level 4

The Information System Security Officer (ISSO) - Level 4 serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and highest-level advisor supporting DISA IE cybersecurity compliance under the CTAS Task Order. This role is responsible for addressing complex accreditation challenges, developing innovative remediation and waiver strategies, and guiding enterprise-level policy decisions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• DoD 8140.03 / 8570.01-M certification baseline (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering, risk management, and RMF/DIACAP support for DoD systems
• Demonstrated expertise in DISA STIG/SRG compliance, CCRI readiness, and eMASS package development
