Job Description
The Barback is responsible for assisting bar/service staff with set-up and clean up of all areas, and assists bartenders in mixing drink orders for patrons.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
- Must be able to clean all private bars, private bar carts, and storerooms.
- Must have the ability to stock all necessary items for the bar (i.e. glasses, mixing equipment, etc.).
