Environmental Projects

The Environmental Project Specialist provides vital support to the planning, coordination, and execution of environmental capital projects across North America. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in environmental compliance, construction, fueling infrastructure, project coordination, or related technical role preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, TITAN Cloud, or Nuvolo is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic budget tracking skills, data accuracy, and the ability to review invoices and project costs for consistency
