• Has a sales gene and is motivated by sales
• Can deliver excellent service
• Can keep a cool head and maintain a positive attitude even when things get tough
• Is interested in cooking and is willing to prepare delicious sandwiches and burgers
• Understands the importance of providing the best possible experience for our customers
