Job Description
The Store Manager in Training role is a leadership position that requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in retail sales, and ability to supervise and manage store employees. The role involves recruiting, hiring, and training employees, developing and managing tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Store Manager in Training will also be responsible for analyzing sales and expense information, managing merchandise, and performing financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits.
Requirements

- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Valid driver's license and adequate transportation
