Job Description
The Fleet Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Circle S Ranch vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification in diesel technology preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools, software, and repair manuals.
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class A preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, and dusty environments.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
