Job Description
This position has direct impact on internal production floor performance and execution, analyzing capital planning decisions, and improving production performance through continuous improvement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel; experience with VBA, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain functions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.
