Music + Entertainment Event Operations Staff (Seasonal Part-Time)

Circuit of The Americas is seeking a Music + Entertainment Event Operations Staff for seasonal part-time work. The position assists the Music + Entertainment Operations Manager in preparing for various concerts and events. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, coordinating seating, and maintaining the venue.

Requirements

• Event day hours, with the ability to work long days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to organize assigned work, set time frames, prioritize, and meet goals.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a Valid Texas Driver's License (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to multi-task and follow strict timelines.
• Comfortable being active for extended periods.
• Ability to operate or train to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, or scissor lifts.
