Job Description
Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a part-time, seasonal Music and Entertainment Event Staff member to support front gate and front of house operations during concerts and events at COTA + Germania Insurance Amphitheater. The role involves ticketing, guest assistance, crowd flow monitoring, and ADA support. Staff must be available to work at least 50% of scheduled events.
Requirements
- Operate handheld scanners to check tickets and credentials
- Greet and assist guests with directions, venue information, and general support
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure aisles, ramps, and walkways remain clear
- Assist guests with ADA accommodations and ensure accessible access
- Report safety concerns, guest issues, or housekeeping needs
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Work at least 50% of scheduled events
- Pass age check
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
