Box Office Staff needed for the new production of Blue Man Group at ICON Park in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will provide world-class customer service, maintain knowledge of pricing and seating options, and share the story of Blue Man Group with guests.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a ticketing, live entertainment, or similar work environment
- Knowledge of Outbox Ticketing System or other similar ticketing platform
- Ability to learn ticketing software and retain complex information with strong attention to detail
