Job Description
The IT Portfolio Manager will own the IT portfolio of investments and provide governance and oversight of IT projects to ensure goals are accomplished on time, and within scope and budget. Provides strategic direction for the process, methodology, tool, demand intake and reporting/scorecarding within the portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
- 8+ years experience in portfolio and/or business technology management experience
- 5+ years’ work experience leading a team using agile practices
- PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Embrace a growth mindset and Servant Leadership mentality
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement, encourage collaboration and communicate effectively (written and verbal) across multiple levels in the organization.
- Ability to effectively manage competing work demands and multiple initiatives at the same time.
