Job Description
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. Responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec.
Requirements
- Plan projects to accomplish goals within constraints
- Gather and document project requirements
- Create project plan and coordinate resources and stakeholders
- Monitor and communicate project progress
- Run project on a day-to-day basis
- Efficiently manage problems and bring them back on plan
- Evaluate deliverables and maintain high quality
- Constantly monitor and report on project progress
- Facilitate meetings with IT staff to devise a solution
- Work with IT Resources & Analyst to revise scope and application/infrastructure architecture
- Track and report team hours and file expense reports
- Analyze project profitability
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Create, maintain and improve production processes
- Work on proposals with Business Unit Leader, Technical Analyst and Sales/Marketing
- Track and report on key project metrics
