Requirements
- Qualification and development of the pool
- Analysis of recruitment needs in collaboration with Business Managers
- Identification, qualification, and updating of the pool of candidates
- Enrichment and structuring of the pool to anticipate future needs
- Direct approach (hunting) of targeted profiles on job boards and professional social networks
- Writing and posting job offers on multi-channel platforms
- Management and tracking of incoming applications
- Conducting pre-qualification phone interviews
- Organizing and planning interviews with Business Managers
- Reporting on recruitment activity in the ATS
- Development and animation of the LinkedIn network
- Publishing and relaying job offers on LinkedIn
- Direct approach and contact with targeted profiles
