Architecture Lead Analyst Vice President

Citi is seeking an Architecture Lead Analyst Vice President to lead solution architecture & design activities, develop solution design options, and evaluate the art of the possible. The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Solution Design, and/or Product Management roles, with a strong background in financial services and Agile delivery. The candidate will work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative, with a proven track record of operational process engineering, change, and improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Solution Design, and/or Product Management roles
• Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
• Proven track record of operational process engineering, change, and improvement
• Project / Program Management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices
• Proven track record in producing high-quality project artifacts
• Demonstrated analytic & diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
