Job Description
The AVP - Fraud Operations Sr Analyst role is responsible for contributing to the development of fraud management policies, processes, and procedures to minimize the impact of fraud.
Requirements
- Solve complex fraud prevention and loss control issues with significant cross-departmental and departmental impact
- Support fraud detection and monitoring activities across digital access channels, including desktop web, mobile web, and native mobile applications
- Monitor and analyze fraud risks associated with digital banking activity, including account takeover, social engineering and scamârelated fraud, suspicious device or session behavior, and unauthorized customer profile or paymentârelated changes
