Job Description
The Central Investment Counselor Team Lead is responsible for managing multiple teams of senior professionals, developing medium- to long-term plans, and executing functional strategies for the Investments Business within the region. This role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories, and practices relevant to the function, as well as excellent communication skills to influence a wide range of audiences.
Requirements
- Responsible for the effective coordination, management, and delivery of all aspects of the CPB Investments Business within the region
- Develop and execute the region's broader business strategy
- Provide leadership as the 'Face' of the Investments business to all clients in the region
- Manage a large team of investment professionals, including Investment Counselors and Product Specialists
