
Job description
The Client Onboard Analyst is a professional role that requires a good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks. They must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way and be sensitive to audience diversity. The role has limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.
Process client requests related to system setup, co-operate with internal partners for systems maintenance, provide responses to client and internal inquiries, prepare documentation for archiving, and apply bank regulations while processing requests.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial services, knowledge of bank products, customer communication experience, flexibility, team spirit, and high attention to detail. They must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
