Job Description
The Data Governance Foundation Senior Lead Analyst is responsible for leading activities that contribute to the definition of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, and/or Data Risk and Control Framework and Data Risk Taxonomy. This role plays a critical role in leading activities to support implementation of the Data Governance Policy/Data Risk and Control framework.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Banking or Finance industry in a Data Governance/Data Management/Process Engineering or related area
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge in Accounting/Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Trade Lifecycle, Credit Agreements & Facility
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
- Ability to negotiate internally and influence relationships at all levels
- Collaborative and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
