Director of Agentic Platform Engineering position at Citi, building a next-generation system for Corporate, Commercial, and Investment Bankers, with a focus on Agentic AI Platform, technical leadership, and hands-on engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering
- 4+ years in a leadership role leading high-performing engineering teams
- Proven experience as a "player-coach" who can lead from the front, contribute to the codebase, and mentor junior and senior engineers
- Domain knowledge in the financial services industry (Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, FinTech)
- Technical skills in AI / GenAI / Agentic Platforms, LLM & Agentic Frameworks, Multi-Agent Systems, Model Context Protocol, Knowledge Graphs & Reasoning, RAG & Knowledge Systems, Model Lifecycle & Governance, Enterprise AI Integration & Data, Backend & Distributed Systems, Cloud & DevSecOps, Security & Compliance
