Investment Banking Director - Healthcare

The Banker is a senior level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in people management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration preferred
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
• Experience working in an investment banking institution(s)
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
• Series 79 and 63 licenses
