Payments In-Business Risk and Controls Lead - SVP

Citi's Payments business is at the forefront of global commerce, with operations in 90 countries. This role is focused on supporting product teams that lead innovations across e-commerce, fintech, and digital assets segments. The Payments In-Business Risk and Controls Lead will partner with product teams to support responsible business growth.

Requirements

• Manage the pipeline of new initiatives in accordance with the New Activity Policy and Procedure
• Assess the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes
• Support oversight of the MCA program as it pertains to the Sub-Assessment Units (SAUs) for the specific products
• Manage the Product Risk Reviews and Product Approval Programs in collaboration with the product teams
• Support the product teams with internal and external reviews
• Responsible for compliance with the Escalations Policy and all related tracking and management processes
