The Pega Certified Business Architect is a senior-level role responsible for driving business and functional outcomes by translating complex business needs into scalable Pega-based solutions. The overall objective of this role is to lead business architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and solution definition across complex, cross-functional programs involving AI/ML integration, operational modernization, and enterprise transformation.
Requirements
- Lead business architecture and solution design for complex Pega implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, operational goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Product Owners, Technical Architects, Engineering Leads, and Program Management to define end‐to‐end business processes, requirements, and value outcomes.
- Define, document, and manage business requirements, user journeys, service cases, and decisioning logic for enterprise Pega solutions.
- Support steering committee and executive reviews by providing concise business impact assessments, progress updates, risk insights, and recommendations.
- Proactively identify business, operational, and solution-related risks; support mitigation strategies and drive issue resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure Pega solutions adhere to business architecture standards, governance models, and quality assurance practices while maximizing reuse, scalability, and maintainability.
