Reference Data Services Analyst 1

Citi is looking for a Reference Data Services Analyst 1 to join its team in Taguig, Philippines. The role is a trainee professional position that requires a good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 0-2 years of banking experience, and be detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Work on APAC shift
• Remediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems
• Performs trend analysis and identifying root causes
• Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis
• Liaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
• Provides a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
• Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion
• Provides tangible metrics to Management
