Job Description
The Senior Executive Assistant provides dedicated support to the Head of Benelux Investment Banking, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with presentations and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Previous office administration experience in a large and complex financial services organization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly gain command of new systems
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
