Job Description
As a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support and partner with senior leaders in the Wealth and USCC businesses to hire talent at the Managing Director level.
Requirements
- In-house executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search experience.
- Experience recruiting senior business roles.
- Network and knowledge of senior talent within the Wealth/Consumer Cards environment.
- Ability to consistently identify and attract passive candidates.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
