Job Description
The COO Business Analytics Lead (Vice President) will lead a team of business analysts and be responsible for Business Analytics, Insight Generation, Visualization / Dashboards, Automation and Reporting. The incumbent will evaluate and refine methods and procedures to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy of work products.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Business Analytics & Transformation roles
- Proficiency in data analytics tools/technologies like SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, Tableau
- Strong understanding of data & analytics ecosystem
- People management experience
- Experience in interacting with senior stakeholders
- Analytics thought leadership skills
- In-depth understanding of the various financial service business models
- Expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
