Job Description
Citi Global Wealth is seeking a Digital Assets & Emerging Technology Lead to shape and execute the enterprise strategy for innovation, digital assets, and emerging technologies. The role involves leading the design of next-gen investment platforms, driving adoption of cloud-native architectures, and ensuring emerging technology initiatives integrate seamlessly with enterprise data pipelines and analytics platforms.
Requirements
- 12+ years in financial services technology with leadership in digital assets, emerging tech, or innovation labs
- Proven record of leading enterprise-scale platform transformations bridging traditional and digital rails
- Deep expertise in digital assets, tokenization, and programmable financial systems
- Blockchain/DLT networks and smart contracts
- AI/ML integration in investment workflows
- Cloud-native, API-first, event-driven architectures
- Enterprise data pipelines, analytics, and real-time decisioning
- Experience in cross-platform integration across custody, clearing, portfolio, and advisory systems
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks for digital asset operations
