The Loan Admin Clerk II prepares loan documents for closing, resolves loan documentation issues, and handles customer inquiries. They will work with the lending team to maintain and improve loan operations policy, procedure, and performance.
Requirements
- Handles customer account transactions
- Assists in providing internal approvals for new loans and changes to existing loans
- Administers everyday work and evaluates all incoming mail, emails, faxes, and processes payments
- Manages communications between lending officers and customers
- Be Proficient with the Bank’s Loan Originating System, the Bank’s Core Operating System, Excel and Word
- Knowledgeable of all loan instruments
- Maintain and organize loan documentation files
- Analyze credit tracking reports
- Perform credit checks and flood checks
- Review all loan documents for accuracy
- Create loan comments and articulate both written and oral communication internally and externally
- Work closely with internal and external customers to meet their needs
