Operations Lead

The Operations Lead is responsible for the leadership and management of tellers and personal bankers at their respective branch location. They will coach and develop employees, implement new procedures, and ensure quality service and effective customer support.

Requirements

• Mentor, coach, and support teller line and personal bankers
• Lead and supervise risk and operations of teller functions
• Make decisions and resolve issues related to daily operations
• Provide customer service and open new accounts
• Encourage teamwork, communication, and collaboration
