The Teller/Personal Banker I assists customers with transactions, inquiries, and concerns, promoting bank products and services while maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements
- Process transactions through a teller platform, verify incoming cash, and accurately disperse cash.
- Provide account information, answer customer inquiries, and complete telephone transfers in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Open new deposit accounts, resolve problems, and show customers how to access and manage their products and services.
- Use effective selling techniques to promote and sell additional products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of and understand the financial needs of customers and other products and services available through the bank.
