Citizens Health is recruiting a Revenue Integrity Analyst to work full-time in our Financial Services department. The analyst will coordinate payment plans for patients, find resources for insurance or other payment sources, and assist patients to understand expected costs for upcoming procedures and other financial related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
- More than five years of experience in a hospital setting or healthcare industry with a focus on charge integrity, charge reconciliation, or charge compliance
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including registration, billing, collections, and reimbursement
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across clinical, financial, and technical teams
- Ability to self-start, be open-minded, and a team player
- Positive attitude, good energy, and ability to create a positive, supportive working atmosphere
- Integrity, accountability, and ability to accept and respond to constructive criticism and suggestions
- Flexibility, initiative, and ingenuity in performing job tasks
