Job Description
Complete the full processing and underwriting of all loan files, including preparation of Early Disclosures, Closing Documents, and identification of Exceptions to Loan Policy. Work with Loan Officers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant loan files.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan processing, banking, or related financial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with loan processing or loan origination software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point, Premier Navigator)
- In-depth understanding of lending procedures, loan products, and relevant industry regulations
