Job Description
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of banking regulations, interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, and performing ongoing compliance monitoring and testing activities. The role will also involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing materials and reports, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the compliance program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, with compliance-related experience preferred
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
