Job Description
Receive and pay out money, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Promote the company’s services, answer customer questions and directs customers to appropriate departments. Perform branch clerical duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of cash handling/customer service experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment
- Able to move up to 25 pounds and able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity
