Requirements
- 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a QA Lead or Senior role
- Proven experience in high-load, distributed system environments
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test design techniques
- Hands-on experience in backend and API testing (RESTful APIs)
- Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools
- Solid skills in test documentation: checklists, test cases, test plans
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
