Job Description
Occupational Therapist assesses, plans, and implements Occupational Therapy habilitative and rehabilitative treatment interventions for clients in various settings. Requires a valid Occupational Therapy License issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy and a Basic Life Support for Professional Rescuer (BLS) Certificate.
Requirements
- Evaluation of client needs
- Treatment planning
- Implementation of occupational therapy treatment
- Documenting treatment per facility and regulatory guidelines
- Reassessment of client progress and treatment plan
- Client discharge planning
