Project Architect - Industrial / Institutional

The Project Manager – Architecture will lead architectural-prime and multi-disciplinary projects through all phases, combining design sensitivity with strong delivery expertise, contract administration experience, and business development acumen.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of architectural project management experience
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• OAA licensure and/or PMP designation considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and relevant Canadian standards
• Demonstrated expertise in contract administration
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships
