Job Description
This is a working supervisor position that provides maintenance support to the commercial buildings in the city inventory. The Facility Crew Lead will supervise and evaluate the work of the Park Custodial staff, as well as future Facility Maintenance Technicians assigned to their work unit.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Valid driver's license
- CDL preferred
- Familiarity with commercial building systems
- Working knowledge of common hand tools and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot with technical competence and research
- Ability to coach and direct employees
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other city departments
- Ability to follow and comprehend written and oral instructions
