Job Description
The City of Baltimore is seeking a Communications & Community Engagement Intern to support outreach, public engagement, and digital communications. The intern will assist with content creation, social media, events, and communications planning, with a focus on advancing the City’s broadband and digital equity goals.
Requirements
- Current high school junior or senior, or enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar design platforms preferred
