Job Description
The Convention Services Manager (CSM) provides event planning and logistics, client and patron relations, and other related skills in support of events contracted at the Baltimore Convention Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, public relations, hospitality, marketing or related field
- Three years of experience in public relations, business, hospitality, marketing, or related field work at the intermediate level
- Professional event-based certification(s) and engagement with industry professional organizations (preferred)
- Equivalency of education and experience (or commensurate experience in-lieu of degree)
