Job Description
The Revenue and Licensing Specialist is responsible for processing revenue deposits, business license applications and renewals, and regulated licenses. The role involves customer service, data entry, and record maintenance, as well as providing information and support to the public. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, or a closely related field
- More than one year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of professional licensing requirements
- Basic algebra skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a high-risk environment and remain calm in stressful situations
