Job Description
The Community Services Department is seeking an energetic person to perform responsible supervisory, administrative, and technical work in support of the City of Dover’s Utility Division of Community Services.
Requirements
- Prioritizes and assigns work and equipment to Working Foremen or Maintenance Specialists according to project, equipment or workforce needed.
- Interprets work orders, specifications, or other instructions, and explains required procedures to staff as needed and continuously inspects work in progress for conformance to plans and instructions;
- Maintains records and prepares reports on completed work; reviews and approves time cards; schedules and approves leave requests; evaluates performance of subordinates.
