We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Pool Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing all admissions and point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Greet patrons courteously and provide accurate information about hours, pricing, rules, and facility amenities.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process admissions and passes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions responsibly; maintain balanced tills and complete daily cash-out procedures.
- Enforce facility entry policies, including age restrictions, membership verification, and prohibited items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with pool management, lifeguards, and patrons.
- Monitor patron flow and notify Head Lifeguard of unusually high traffic, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns near the entrance.
- Follow all city and department policies regarding customer service, cash handling, and employee conduct.
