Requirements
- Academic distinction qualifying for appointment as Associate Professor or Professor
- Globally recognized clinician-scientist and leader, with a proven record of exceptional clinical outcomes and transformative impact
- Oncology expertise with deep understanding of quality, utilization, and performance improvement
- Visionary leadership with demonstrated success in program development and expansion at regional, national, and international levels
- Inclusive and inspiring leadership style, adept at motivating teams and fostering collaboration
- Progressive administrative experience in an academic medical center or comparable setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with the ability to build enduring partnerships across disciplines
