Job Description
The Head of Oncology will lead the development of oncology applications within the organization, establish and grow multi-omics in oncology, and oversee budget management and HR strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in industry roles or significant collaboration with industrial partners
- PhD (or equivalent) in basic natural sciences or MD
- Strong scientific track record
- Clinical experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, guidance, and delegation skills
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Expertise in executing formally structured projects
- Fluent communication in both German and English
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
