Job Description
Performs a variety of semi-skilled maintenance work, operates equipment, and drives trucks in the construction, operation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of City facilities and systems.
Requirements
- Maintains records relating to inspections and maintenance activities
- Cleans and checks equipment and tools after use
- Drives trucks of various sizes and weights
- Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
- Operates light and medium-sized construction and power equipment
- Performs labor involved in construction and maintenance projects
- Assists in the training of lower level employees
